I made my desicion. I don't know why but I was having coffee with a friend and I started laughing this gut belly laugh it felt like it was comin from my toes and then these incredible tears came and it all became cystal clear like someone had ripped off the blanket that has been over my head.
My life is worth more then I could ever have imagined! My breath is deep, my shoulders are down and I am walking toward a brand new life of my own!
This chapter is closed. I just turned the page!

There IS life after addiction. I never dreamed that my world could be so beautiful, but since the pain has stopped, I appreciate my life like I never could have before.

I often marvel at how tenaciously we cling to that from which we beg to be released.
