I will not harbor unhealthy thoughts.
That's my mantra today. I read this statement last night and the author's reasoning for the word harbor was interesting - a harbor is a place of safety.
I'm finding that by repeating this to myself it's helping me not to get worked up about EXAH, or the co-worker or the fact that I haven't met my latest fitness goal. Anything to keep my mind focused and on-task.
