Last night was my first al-anon meeting. After hearing all the stories i found that i could really relate to alot to each and every one of them. I went into the meeting feeling alot of personal pain and came out feeling like i finally had found a place where i belong.

Well done and now that first hurdle has been jumped, it will become easier for you to be part of the group discussions.

I think you will be very surprised at how much and how fast you will grow from now.
