Last night i received a call from one of late ABF's relatives out of state. ABF's deceased mother had been told lies by late ABF prior to her death two years ago. ABF's mother spread the to this relative. The lie was at my expense. I was thinking to myself, oooooohhhhh the Feeder Bands to a hurricane. This out of state, sibling of deceased mother, is the feeder band energy feeding some mythical hurricane. I'm insulted, I want more than anything to ask this relative......how does any of this comfort YOU 20 months after the fact? What are you hoping to conclude by either confirming or not confirming the lie. Your late NEPHEW is the one who lied at my expense nearly two years ago and most importantly HE WAS HIS OWN PERSON TO DO WITH HIS $$$ AS HE PLEASED!!!!!!!!!! I could never, would never, and never did tell late ABF what to do with his money. Duh - you can't tell an addict what to do with their money.

okay.......I feel a little better now but compelled to send this relative an email with a soft request to not bother me with any 2 year old lies that can't even be validated because both parties are dead.

Any ideas?

I know how angry that would make me and I would be so ready to say something, too. BUT, I almost think taking the high road in this case and totally ignoring it would be the better way to go. It has been 2 years and you really have no need for these people in your life.

they were never part of "our" lives together. ever...i don't know why we communicate now. We've never met one another and live at opposite ends of the country.
