One month today.

A day-at-a-time that's me one month sober today. I won't pretend it's been easy, but it is certainly worthwhile, and although I am not quite fit and well yet, I am on the mend and don't intend to go through that evil detox torture again.

I had a wonderful day yesterday - my wife was ill all day recovering from a big night out and I spent it looking after her, counting my blessings as I SO know that feeling lol. YES!!!

Also - I washed the car the other day - by hand - and without any harassment

It's the small victories that keep you going lol

Anyway, thanks again for the fellowship here.
