Welcome to SR Hunny , and congrats on 10 days , cant say Ive ever heard of that , some find it hard to count each day . I just use a calander it simpler for me ...

Hunny that idea from Least sounds like a great idea, hope you will like it. Early on, I would just have in my head the date that I recalled that it ended, then I started looking back at some payment trails (to prove to myself, no, I am not crazy, this is really the last time you did this!!); then I started looking at a paper calendar and counting, sometimes using timeanddate.com. Sometimes I look at my profile here to see if somebody added me as a friend or to look at my self-description and kind of admire the sobriety date there Initially the counting was not a big deal for me, but now I definitely relate to wanting to check on that.
