As I type, my cell phone is vibrating, my phone is ringing and there's a new email notice popping up in my Outlook. He wants to know when I'll be emailing him the computer version of the custody agreement! HA! Lazy till the end. I'm NOT responding to anything. I'm done. No more giving him chances and trying to mediation. Assez. Mange d'la merde espèce de trou d'cul (translate THAT Babelfish).

I went to mediation last night, as planned. XAH was a no show. Big surprise. Had about 6 seconds to tell the mediator what happened before he cut me off and said he'd draft his mediation report to say "Agreement not reached". If XAH wants to continue with mediation, HE has to call and set up the appointment. HA, like that's going to happen.

I emailed my new lawyer to ask what happens next. I feel like I'm standing over the edge of a cliff about to fall in.

I only wish I could reach out to my stepson and tell him how much I love and miss him. I wish he knew what's really going on, but getting in touch with him is a bad idea. He'll have to hate me for a few years, until he's old enough for me to talk to him without being sued by XAH. *sigh* I really miss that boy.

The problem of his son is hard for you, but Honey don't you think that lad has seen and heard enough already to know IT IS NOT YOUR DOING?
If he's a smart boy, he will understand where the truth is and will contact you somehow, when he can.

Now it is up to lawyers and the courts, which is what your AH has been twisting and turning to avoid.....leave it up to them and keep using his own poisonous txts, messages and emails to help hang him.

it's not the custody agreement he wants. its the false sense of identity he gets by manipulating you and overpowering you. keep doing what you're doing. it's going to take awhile for him to get the message, but eventually he will. Be strong!
