10 Days Sober - Just Checking In

Hi All,

I just wanted to check in with you all to let you know that today is 10 days sober for me and I'm feeling really good! I think I got around 7 - 7 1/2 hours sleep last night and feel on top of the world right now. You can never say this enough - it feels GREAT to wake up sober in the mornings!

You all have a great day and let's all prepare ourselves for a fun, alcohol-free weekend!

God Bless,

RacerX

Hey Racer!

Good job man. I'm right there with you in days sober!

Hey, I have a good idea... LET'S NOT DRINK TODAY!

Enjoy the freedom!

Blessings,

Amen to that!

RacerX's Easy Sobriety Recipe:

1. Take one hopeless alcoholic
2. Throw in bowl and beat senseless with "You're an alcoholic, Stupid!" spoon/spatula.
3. Mix thoroughly with 2 AA meetings a day
4. Throw in a dash of Big Book and Scripture readings every morning
5. Blend in multiple cups of SR readings and postings
6. Bake in oven at 350 degrees
7. Repeat recipe daily for the rest of your life.

It's not rocket science.

And you can keep saying it every single day.

As I have seen someone say on here, you never regret being sober the night before.

Well done Racer
