So many informative post here. I just kept reading and reading and reading.

I did not drink yesterday ( it's been months). I'm happy today... I want to be happy tomorrow... I won't drink today.

You guys rock! Thank you.

Putting a plan together. I KNOW what will happen if I pick up again.

Just wanted to express my appreciation of this board and encourage others to ready and give yourself a day off from the pain for drinking.
