4 days in what should I expect

Hi all,

I am 4 days in without alcohol and remembered on this forum there used to be a "What to expect when quitting alcohol" post somewhere. I cant seem to find it. It talked about the common withdrawal symptoms from alcohol and how they ease over time. With 4 days in I have no symptoms yet beyond a slight headache and maybe a little sleeplessness. Does anyone have a link to that info handy?

Thanks in advance.

Hey Beligerent,

Congratulations on Day 4.....I am right behind ya with 3 days! LoL!!

Not too many symptoms for me other then a bit of irritation and
edgy stuff last night but I had some Chamomile tea and slept like
a baby so that is encouraging for me!!

Please keep posing, I hope to continue to see your progress on SR!!

After a few days sober you can expect to be very confused and scared. I hope you are in AA. That certainly is a great way to begin and hold onto sobriety.
