Thank You !
Thank you all for your attention,
and your kind words
and for letting me post over here.
Even though I'm not a member of Al-Anon
I get the general thrust, ya know?
Too bad it took me so long
to get it.
It's been a rough-arse week or two
and posting has really helped me
be stable in 3-D.
So again - THANK YOU
for reading what I post
and more so - for GETTING IT ...
it's helped me so very much!

Barb your ES&H is as important as anyone elses. You have learned the hard way as most of us have what having 'toxic' people in our lives can do to us.
I am glad you have found your way over to the Friends and Family forum. You have experience to share, and you too are a double winner.
Thanks for sharing here.
Love and hugs,

You are most welcome here, Barb

If you love somebody who suffers from an addiction to alcohol, you are welcome here. We know how much it hurts, and we need others who understand us so we can maintain our own serenity and recovery.
