...days and something's amiss here.

I have no cravings to drink whatsoever.
My second thirty days went by far better than my first thirty.
I feel incredible physically. I've been reducing my sugar intake, and watching my diet by eating healthier.
I also started a strong meditation practice. I sit on my cushion twice a day. That's helped a lot.
I've found I don't fight The Voice anymore. The Voice is made up of nothing but thoughts, that are impermanent and don't hold any substance of their own.
Walking through the grocery store past the wine aisle, I just think, "Fermented grape drinks. Nice, but I won't be drinking any."

I just feel an overall sense of wellness that is really a wonderful feeling.
Amen to 31 days sober!

I've been working on my blog more, it's starting to look interesting now.

Cushion?

That's great. Now I feel like I need a cushion.

I have a kennel for my Shih Tzu. He goes in there for an hour a day. (That way when we travel he's used to it.) It's like his refuge. It calms him. He comes out refreshed.
