I say bring your FAVORITE non-alcoholic beverage.
Maybe eat before you go, I know people tend to cook with alcohol (I, myself, cooked with Marsala wine on Thanksgiving, but THAT'S ME!!) and that doesn't bother me. Stay away from the Rum Balls........always thought those were nasty little buggers anyway, Ewwwwwwww!!!!!
And I think the main thing, do the right thing for yourself. I think the holidays can be such a hard time for some, at least for me they are, and I just focus on myself and what I can do to make this time as pleasant as possible.
