I got a temporary sponsor this morning!
I had my Al Anon meeting and kept chickening out to ask someone. I started walking to my car and I walked back in and walked up to the lady that I talked to when I first went there months ago.
I told her I needed help. That I keep taking the focus off of me and onto him and I need help.
She said she would be my temporary sponsor.
Anyways, I wanted to share. Hopefully this should reduce my posts for help.

I'm glad you turned around and went back in to do something for yourself. That's a big step!
