Happy Thanksgiving

With all that goes on, let's be grateful for the good that is in our lifes.

It can be tough at times, with people we love not sitting at the Thanksgiving table, but other people we love are there.

That's when I say a silent prayer and wish for next year, my AS will be at my table.

Best wishes and prayers to the SR family.

((HurtingDad))

Thank you!! Though I know this year may be a bittersweet holiday, I'm glad that you are able to realize all that you have to be grateful for. I missed more than a few holidays with my family, while out there using, and it makes days like tomorrow even more special. I pray that your son will find his way into recovery, but am incredibly proud of how well YOU handle your recovery.

Happy Thanksgiving to all my SR Family - my extended family, who has always been there for me, and who I give a lot of credit to, for where I am today

Love, hugs and prayers!

Amy

Happy Thanksgiving to all of you too. Although I too will be without my son I am thankful he is currently sober and in a program. I do have a lot to be thankful for, sometimes that is easy to forget. I am so grateful that we all have each other to help us through the rough days.

I wish the best for all of you and your families.

Hugs,

Cherrie

Best wishes to you, HurtingDad!

Unfortunately my AD will be with all of us tomorrow, and I'm trying hard not to pre-set my mood for it either.

The grandkids will be there, and I am going to focus on that, and enjoy their company!

We Canadians had our Thanksgiving last month, so I get to enjoy the day twice

To all my American friends here, may Thanksgiving be a day of gratitude for all the good things in our lives, and a good excuse to park our problems for "some other time".

Love and hugs to each one of you.

Hurting Dad-May you have the best Thanksgiving possible. That includes everyone here at SR.

Dogs and I will be having a Thanksgiving Doggie day again. Bought all the food today with AH and as usual AH is off somewhere doing whatever and 99% sure he will have a great day elsewhere. Wish I had family in this state, but maybe next year.

God Bless All!!!!!!

I am grateful that my daughter will be fixing Thanksgiving Dinner for her family. Last year she was on the run. So life has done a 360. Blessing to all of you, you save my life in more than one way. I love you all.

My mother and daughter are both here, and I've recently spoken with my sister after a four year hiatus. Miracles happen in their own time, not mine, and I have much to be thankful about.

Wishing all the best of this day
