Meeting Today
I had a brain overload today and missed the Sat 10pm EST meeting. I apologise and hope to have my brain fixed by next week!

No worries. Meeting took place and all went well. This evening's topic was Emotional Balance with yours truly filling in as chair. Many people shared on the topic and helped each other find an honest understanding of it.
