Moon over the Lake

I took this photo the other evening from our deck and had to share it with you all. Just hope it comes out and it is not so small that you can't see it.

So, here goes, ONCE AGAIN, going to try. I mean, afterall, I was able to download the baby's picture, so why not this.

Keep your fingers crossed:

Yipeee, it worked. Isn't it gorgeous. Look at the reflection on the lake. This is Clearlake, Lake County, California. It is one of the largest natural lakes in California. It is difficult to see how wide and large it is because this was taken in the evening. Here's a photo of a partial rainbow over the lake.

I'm just getting too good at this. LOL

I swear, Dev, one of these days I am going to get down there to see that beauty for myself. I'm such a water person, and your pictures just call me to come see. Absolutely gorgeous!!

Hugs

P.S. Mr. Dev's cooking calls me too,

I am just so proud of myself. Who says you can't teach an old dog!

It is such a beautiful place to live as far as nature goes, but not one darn convenience!! Drives me crazy! Then I go out on the deck and look at that lake, mountains, and little islands, with all the sailboats and motor boats, and feel lucky that we have this beautiful spot!

It is such a beautiful view to wake up to and to go to bed. Also very nice at 2, 5 and 6am! That's all the times I'm wandering around!

Mr. Dev and I volunteer serving pancake breakfast once a month. This month I was pouring coffee and the lady said, "this better be decaf or I'll be calling you at midnight!" I replied, "here's my phone number please feel free to call me 'cause I'm up at all hours anyway!"

Ann, do come by and visit with us. Mr. Dev would love to spoil his Canadian lady!

Bonnie, no we are north about 1-1/2 hours from Napa Valley and 3 hours from San Francisco.

SerenityBound, but of course you can move in with us....there's plenty of room. This is a good time of year because you can watch Mr Dev making his wine. Soon he'll be making Coppa (which is like Salami). I swear our basement looks like a deli! He's got everything hanging in there!

Ok, glad you enjoyed my photos. Hugs to all of you.

Kisses, Dev
