Change our mindsets

I thought about using today...

A classic example, I like to drink while cleaning my house, put on music, smoke alittle pot, be in good spirits but knowing well that later during my drinking, I would end up eventually drinking till I pass out waking up with a headache or drinking until I'm "charged" up and end up doing something stupid like blasting the music, having no respect for my neighbors or my mom, today I learned to put off that mindset and clean the house sober.

Whenever I want to use, I instantly turn off that thinking, then once an hour passes, I realized that thinking was gone. It works.

This is still dangerous for me because my liver is really bad, it's been bad but I awalys continued to punish my liver for 15 years. I just needed to get this off my chest. Thanks for reading.

Good job Jin and you are right that the urge does and will pass. Changing the way we think is big in the process of recovery.

No changes w out change!! So true. Welcome, let that liver heal; it's an amazingly resilient organ.
