strange thing. I just went to lunch with some co-workers. I sat in the back seat. I was looking at the landscape, the buildings and trees, etc, and was noticing how much clearer and brighter things look today. It was a very cool feeling. I felt happy just for that. Still don't have much confidence tho, on day 6...

I think it's great that you are noticing small, positive changes in your life. And, in a way it's good to not have too much confidence. Just focus on the day and know that you can get through it.

I'm on day 5 too. Feeling a bit sorry for myself today, but one thing I noticed yesterday is that I was looking people in the eyes more. Just something small.

Believe it or not what I've found after day 5 is I'm happy and I'm actually smiling more. I'm even saying hello to people when I walk by them instead of having my head down at the ground. I haven't felt this good about myself in a long time.
