Moving on and letting go
I read this today and thought it might help so many of us here on the forum - it gave me food for thought: Deciding to Move On Getting Past Your Past

I think that I've historically been the first type but, with a lot of counselling and reading am trying to break free of that cycle. To acknowledge my emotions, the loss and pain etc without minimising it or brushing it under the carpet. Though I really don't talk about it much with anyone!!
