Awesome Resource!
That has helped me and i continue to pass on to Friends and family. Its a web site put out by the British Columbia government and covers all aspects of addiction and mental health. Of particular note is the interactive tool kits that you can work on-line or print off to have your own work books.
Recovery was a full time job for me but now personal development is a hobby as the things i have learned become second nature with routine and practice. I now can concentrate on enjoying life and shaping my future. I don't mean to come off as a commercial for shinny happy people, just passing on a little hope
