Hey Smoke
About the smoking.
I just wanted you to know you inspired
me to give it a try. It has now been 15 days
without a cigarette. ME-almost 2 packs a day. I have never not smoked in 33 years. I forgot to put the patch on the other morning and went 24 hours and no craving. I'm still using it just in case though...a crutch so to speak. Down to 14 mg.
I thought if Smoke can do it, maybe I can do it.
It's a miracle.

You have already got the worst part licked!!! Those 1st couple of weeks are the hardest and your through it. Now just concentrate on maintaining.....I used to think about how hard it would be to start all over when a already had x amount of days under my belt. It worked for me......best of luck!!!

CONGRATS to all of you who have decided to kick the smoking thing. I think you can apply the steps etc... and I've been told it gives you a better empathy for the A's in your life as you try to kick a difficult habit

Hi O59, good to see you here! You are so right, I think about that when I try to cut down on the junk food intake or try to give up caffine. Wow if it is this hard for me to give up this imagine what he is going through!!!!!
