After yoga today I rolled up a towel and laid it over my eyes and drifted off.

My Elder has long told me that our thoughts and words are beings. Today I was shown this again.

I saw my thoughts as seeds. I was throwing them up up into the air and when they would land--on trees, buildings, the ground, other people--they would sprout and start growing.

Some were long vines that grew back towards me and tried strangling me. It was hard to fight them, but I had the help of others who lifted me up.

Others grew quickly into pretty flowers and wilted.

And a few didn't grow very quickly at all, barely sprouted.

I"m going to call him (my Elder) and see how he's doing. Tell him about my vision. I haven't talked to him in too long, and will also take him some food when I get paid this Friday.
