Update

I'm back online!! I've moved into my own place at last! It didn't go very smoothly and there are still outstanding things to be dealt with (not to mention loads of boxes that need unpacking) but it's done. I was without TV, internet and phone for 12 days while off work (and am still without my land line) and really missed the support from this forum. I kept thinking of you Cath1029 when I was feeling at my most isolated. You got through without your phone, I could do it too!

It has been a lot of work but I did it on my own. Still feels like I'm living in someone else's house - it doesn't seem quite real.

I finalised my divorce papers and sent them off before the move - that should be done by mid November. Again, it still doesn't seem quite real.

Right now I'm just a little numb and mainly tired. I have a feeling of 'now what' every so often and I don't feel I deserve to have the things I have. But mainly I'm just exhausted...

Its good to be back and its good to catch up with everyone. Thanks for just being here!:ghug3

Start establishing a couple "all about you" routines in your new place, little spoil-me things you do when you get home at night. It helps to give you the confidence back that you do deserve this new life and that it's okay to be happy and free. Congrats!
