No matter what happens
I will not let him ruin my weekend.
I will not sit around waiting for him to come home.
I will not call and beg him to come home.
I will not stay up and worry.
This weekend will be different for me.
Because I am in control of only me.
And I am in control of my feelings and reactions.
And I can have a good time all by myself.
Things will be different this weekend.
Because I will make them different

LadyB THANK YOU!! just the post I needed today.
I am working and sent xabf an email and received an Out of the office response.
I automatically bad tripped about how he is probably on the beach with his gf having the time of his life as it was his birthday these days blah blah
But I stopped.
I can stop madness anytime.
I don't know what he is up to.
I don't need to care.
I don't deserve suffering.
Today I can love myself.
I can shift focus to my life.
I am free. I am valid.
My happiness is important.
No one can rob me of my peace.
No matter what I am always embraced by God.
I am working and sent xabf an email and received an Out of the office response.

don't worry about him being on the beach
imagine what he is like on the beach, just as miserable as he was when he was with you.
just remember, he is the same miserable person
you are the one that has changed.

We are truly free, why encage ourselves in a place of hell and torture for things that are not even real?
