Hi all... its been a while since ive been in here..

Im starting out a sober life again. Day 2 today. But not setting a number of days, or a date. I just want to be sober today.

Every morning i can say, i was sober yesterday, and ill be sober today as well.

but alot of things make me want to stop. Alot of stupid things done whilst pissed. Alot of money wasted... the downfall of a serious relationship...

Congrats on your sobriety, Shorty.

Find some new activities to fill the time you used to spend drinking.

Reading, music, fitness, work, step study, meetings... anything so you won't be just doing nothing.

Sitting around idle, thinking about drinking is not usually good.

Keep coming back.

i have started reading alot again, And daylight savings is starting this weekend... so will be good to get out and excersize in the afternoons after work. Got a little weight to loose.
