hi everyone,

just wondering if anyone else has experienced this. i'm on day 16 of sobriety and am noticing that i have little to no appetite. i noticed it especially once i started taking kudzu root - this herb that's supposed to help with alcohol cravings (and it really does help - quite amazing actually). but i'm wondering if it's killing all other kinds of cravings too. like for food. or maybe it's cuz i'm smoking more cigarettes...?

just curious. anyone else experience this early in sobriety??

I'm not taking anything but a B complex.

Really? I'm on day 5 and was just commenting on having my appetite coming back.

starting day 5 and nothing different for me... buutt smoking does suppress apetite

I have no experience with Kudzu - if it was prescribed, maybe you could ask whoever it was?
