Al-Anon Workbook?
I was wondering if anyone knows whether or not there is an al-anon workbook anywhere available for purchase or download? My exabf mentioned to me that when he was in rehab they had workbooks they used which extensively covered all the steps, sort of like a step study i guess but in book form. I feel like I need or could really use something like this...its hard for me to just jump into this and I dont feel like I am really accomplishing anything. If anyone knows of anything like this I would appreciate hearing about it! Thanks!
I know of a workbook for the 4th step called "Blueprint for Progress: Al-Anon's Fourth Step Inventory"
What I use is called "Paths to Recovery". It goes over the steps, traditions and concepts. I've only read the steps so far, and there are questions at the end of each step to ponder.

I read the Recovery Patterns of Codependency sheet from that site almost daily.
And I found the book Codependents' Guide to the Twelve Steps by Melody Beattie extremely helpful. The subtitle says exactly what it does for the reader How to Find the Right Program for You and Apply Each of the Twelve Steps to Your Own Issues.

Blue print for progress is good, but it is for the 4th step.
It isn't al-anon but The language of letting go journal is good too! Manuy concepts overlap with Al-anon
ETA: Ask at a meeting too, the group may have some on hand to buy or someone who can order them for you
