A sweet gem - The No No list.

Ever find a gem just poking around a web page. Well, tonite's my night. Just when I was confessing to Cath1029 about my bending my No Contact rule, I stumble on this from Getting Past Your Past sirca 2007. It's the Post Breakup No No List, and it is right on the money honey. I didn't find it in a previous thread so I wanted to link the article here rather than quote it.

I love that article!!.. Thank you for it. It is amazing, I am finding that I wake up and he isn't the first thing on my mind, or even the last thing. I sometimes feel guilty, but.. over is over is.. over.

Interesting. I think acceptance is very hard, but very important. Denial is easy for friends and family as well as the AH.

The funny thing is, today I miss him. The contact since we separated 5 years ago never hurt me (accept for when I got to watch him slowly kill himself), but it always led back to him think things could "go back to the way they were".

So I maintain the no contact for his benefit hahaha, hows THAT for codie!!!!???!!!
