Taking a break to get stable
Hi SR,
First off, thanks for letting me back in the fold here.
After reading some of my threads and posts, I see a pattern of total instability in my emotions and I'm leaving the boards to get some help.
Sure, it helps to post at times, but this is more than that. I'm bouncing off the walls in my head, today is day twelve and I'm not sleeping right, not eating right and going through emotions at an alarming rate, and can't seem to think straight, I feel like a target in a carnival game, moving back and forth while the crowd of emotions line up to take shots at me.
Will be back soon, hopefully better.

FS, if you're leaving to get some help, I wish you the best with that.
But don't be afraid to come back...
You weren't here when I joined, but I knew you existed 'cause people occasionally asked where you were at. I've gotten to know you here on SR--not in person but still--and I see why you were the one people were asking after. Take care, and do what you need to to get better.

I am a little concerned after seeing your post from yesterday regading checking out, your not doing that right?

I think it is great when we can see a pattern and are willing to take action.
I reread alot of my past posts. Especially the ones when I was my lowest.
They really remind me of where I dont want to be anymore.
I know you will do well. And dont stay gone too long.
