We did something strange last night. Dad actually took the lead in the family. We ate dinner together and talked. And then we talked about our finances and stuff. We haven't done anything like that in possibly over a year. At first I wanted to fight it cause we it wasn't familiar really anymore. I'm not sure how long it will keep going. Who knows.

I have been reading all your posts and I'm sure your attitude has shifted at least a little bit (if not more) by being able to express your feelings here and I bet you've been doing a lot of educating yourself here, too.

If your attitude is shifting even a little, it can cause the attitude of those around you to shift, too.

our family plans kinda tanked. First, as mom was making dinner. Something was burning in the oven, and it wasn't the food. Then dad cleans the oven. And turns it on cause he thinks hes cleaned it all out. No. The place starts to smell like mouse pee >.< We have no dinner. And we couldn't catch the mouse.
