I ended the relationship and eventually had to get a restraining order. I don't miss his drama and abuse but at times (and i know it's natural) I miss him. Anyone care to share about this? It's only been 3.5 weeks for me since the RO and 5 months since we stopped living together.

Good for you for getting out an abusive relation and choosing something better for yourself.

It is still very fresh - be patient with yourself, feelings will come in waves. Its a process but it gets better. The human psyche is extraordinary and is wired for survival, but you need to go through all the mourning stages before reaching acceptance/indifference/forgiveness/renewed joy.

yes it's difficult, I'm fresh out 10 days and today is a bad day with it. But the jealousy and abuse were too much for me.
