New kid in the block
Hey yall, this is Kerry AKA K-Dub. I was a former crack and speed addict myself. I did some powder too. I've been clean for almost 3 years now. It was a very difficult and long journey for me but I'm so glad that I finally made it. I'm very fortunate to have a great wife and friends supporting me.
Honestly, I do still think about crack and speed. I don't think it will ever go away. I always wake up everyday thinking about what I did in the past. Sometimes I do get the crave to do it again. I know it sucks and it is still difficult for me at times but I do things to keep my mind off those things. It is something that I have to deal with for the rest of my life. I'm very aware that relapse can occur so I'm doing whatever in my power to make sure that it doesn't happen again.
I want to be here to be able to help people who have the same problem as I had back then. You can never get enough support. I do still need a lot of support even though I haven't touched drugs in almost 3 years.
