Have felt more edgy/ moody than usual today after about a week of feeling really good... Is this part of the paws process? And has anyone else has similar experiences? How long does PAWS usually last? From What I've read... it can last up to 6 months. Do the symptoms flare up when on is under more stress than usual? For me its more of a general mood sort of thing. Thanks in advance.

PAWS is intermittent - it comes and goes - and it can take a year or more before it goes away completely. There is a sticky on this somewhere.

By the end of my 2nd month of AA recovery
I was back in balance physically and mentally.

I attended an AA meeting each day
I was following an eating plan....Google for hypoglycemia
I took a daily multi vitamin and B complex
I walked daily.

I think all these contributed to my success.
