Run: Done.

I guess I had some stress and ran a tad over 10 miles. 1.5333334 hours total. My normal run is 5 miles and my feet certainly ache more than my legs.

No hangover unless you include the aches and an increased probability that I will be a tad late to work tomorrow!

Never had bowel explosions. Is that a beer by-product? I usually drank hard stuff so I guess I may have dodged that bum blast. Thanks God!

Oh, yeah. Especially beer, but all of it tore up my insides. It took 2-3 months of being sober for things to start to get back to normal.
