back on boards
Hey SR.
I just tried posting this on the boards, hit 'submit', and...*poof* it was lost forever.. so here we go again...
Today will be 41 days sober. It's been a long time..even though it's only a short time. Yea.
Haven't been 'on' the boards for a good while, as a] Had major relationship problems (we almost split up!); b] I had the swine flu.
So anyway I am now going to post more on the boards once again. I see that there are some new peeps, hi to you guys. Also that life is never boring when you come here... people have such different lives and have so many different experiences (that didn't come out right, sorry.)... it's like a microism of the World.. seeing it all in a glass jar... life and all it's problems. Problems we all face. Solutions. Solutions that we have for one another. A World within a World, if you will.
I guess that's the beauty of the Internet? If you can call it that.
Anyway I'll shut up now I'm rambling. And it's almost 2am. Yea, I'm STILL having sleep probs, Anandas!.
Well take care.
me.

Welcome backl!
And, I agree with you about SR. Sometimes, I am just amazed by what we do here. We have people from all over the world sharing their recovery and seeking support. It really is amazing!

Hi welcome, my sobriety was like your post, one drink and and...*poof* it was lost forever.. so here we go again. So actually it was lost but not gone forever, it just takes the action of non-action, not to pick up and then to work the program whatever the program is.
