OT...I got a job!

After 6 months of unemployment, I got a job! My area of expertise has been especially hard-hit with the economic downturn, and jobs are scarce.

This is the best paying job I have ever had, and the stress level is less than what I have had in the past. No doubt my HP has come through for me again, as I knew he would! The timing couldn't be better either, as my divorce is final. Had I had this job during that process, the judge would have ordered me to pay alimony to my XAH.

WIN/WIN! I'm pretty pumped! I start Monday.

I think I'll change my forum name to "surviving quite well"

Thank You for this post..

Sometimes its hard for me to remember that my HP does not work on the same time schedule as I do and of course his schedule always makes more sense in the end..

I am so happy for you! I know when I unexpectedly got the part-time job, there hasn't been a day I'm not grateful because I know there are so many out of work.

I'm looking forward to hearing about your first day at work! :ghug2

I woke up this morning, and realized it wasn't a dream. It is still true. I have a job!

I'm feeling blessed, and then some.

Congrats and best wishes for your new job. HP is wonderful as job finder, house finder and general support in all areas isn't He? He has just got me thru a cardiogram and I only need 1 stent as only 1 artery is a problem and not the 5 the heart specialist thought needed clearing. *****!!!!

God bless
