Thank you SR

I hit my 10 month sober day on the 14th of this month.

Yup! Still get the urges once in a while. But they are not so much the slap in the face lead me to the 6 pack marathon urges of earlier days

It's turned into more of a dull back ground “Come on you know ya want it" moment.

It passes every time if you let it.

Just stopped by to say hello and to thank all of you here at SR. You've kept me alive long enough for me to know I want to be alive.

Thank you all for your replies.

SR was a brilliant idea now it's simply a special place for you and for me.

I am an alcoholic and always will be. My greatest fear in life is that one drink but I don't obsess over it the way I did a few months ago. I am still mind full of it on a daily basis. I just take it one day at time.

Please stay here or come back here as I have done.

Thank you for being here for me
