Got her out, now what?
Well, the move went smoothly this weekend. All my ex-partners stuff is out. Now it's just me in the empty apartment. At first I felt really happy and free... now I am just very sad. I know I'm doing the right thing. I just made the mistake of isolating this weekend and not getting support. I just felt so tired and depressed, I couldn't get out of bed. I missed my nar-anon meeting and now I'm here, trying to garner up some strength.

It is exhausting going thru what you have just been thru - from my experience - I needed lots and lots of self-care.
Congrats to you for reaching out - do you have a friend or two from your f2f group that you could get together for coffee or a meal? Take a walk in the park, drive thru the country, swim in the ocean - whatever helps you connect with the world and your HP
What you have gone thru is the equivalant to surgery - only it's emotionally surgery -you have cut something unhealthy out of your life - you need that rest and recoup time!!
