6 days and drinking again

I only made it 6 days and started drinking again. I thougth I could just drink a few. I did drink a few one night, but that led to drinking again everynight. I know I am powerless to alcohol, but just cant say no.

I'm sorry you're drinking again IGTBS.
For alcoholics there just is never 'one or two'.

You know you're powerless - so whats your plan now?
Lenina's advice is good place to start

Nobody is perfect. Just have to pick up the pieces and try again.

Relapse is part of the learning curve for all but a very few. Don't beat yourself up over it, but take it and learn that you are intelligent enough to recognize the problem and you can take the steps to deal with it and beat it. Good luck to you.

Forgive yourself, learn from your mistakes, and start moving forward again.

I have done this a few times and failed. How about checking out some AA meetings? It is a good start, I have entered AA pissed at the world and left happy. Also the other way around, emotions will be the same regardless, but when you are surrounded by others who can assist and help it is much much easier.

Good to know you are beginning again....

Have you considered AA for support?
That's been working great for me for years...
