Thanks for the wecomes. We may be alcoholics and addicts but we sure can be inclusive. A little more about me--drugs, clean 25 years, tobacco, smoke-free, 23 years, alcohol, 81 days. I'm running out of vices, nah. Probably not. Passed through my dark soul of night and came through with my sense of humor restored if nothing else. Attend f2f and online AA, therapy and attend to my spiritual path. Life, its just one damn thing after another but I can't live without it.

Tips & pointers for building a spiritual life from scratch

Pray
Meditate
Be aware/Stay awake
Bow
Practice yoga
Feel
Chant and sing
Breathe and smile
Relax/Enjoy/Laugh/Play
Create/Envision
Let Go/Forgive/Accept
Walk/Exercise/Move
Work/Serve/Contribute
Listen/Learn/Enquire
Consider/Reflect
Cultivate oneself/Enhance competencies
Cultivate contentment
Cultivate flexibility
Cultivate friendship and collaboration
Lighten up
Celebrate and appreciate
Dream
Give thanks
Evolve
Love
Share/Give/Receive
Walk softly/Live gently
Expand/Radiate/Dissolve
Simplify
Surrender/Trust
Be born anew

Namaste
