One Week!
Yay! One week in the bag!
I know there's a few others out there that share this day with me. Firestorm, you around? How about Jade19? Anyone else?
I'm eating better, haven't had any panic/anxiety in over 30 hours, and the only major symptom I now have is sleep trouble: trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, waking up in a sheen of cold sweat, etc. I hear that stuff can last for months.... but I'll take it!
Thank you so much everyone from SR! You've been amazing, and have reassured me when I worried most.
Onward to the next week! The summer is looking up

Yep, I'm here and am glad you've made a week!!!
That's great news and I have a week also, but it was close today. Sometimes I get goofy even during a good day like today, I just can't figure this out. Well, while talking with a friend on the phone tonight, I was able to get past the cravings and check in here.
On the sleep issue, have you gotten a AA Big Book? I'm just curious, a guy at a meeting gave me one and it puts me to sleep each time I try to read it, lol. Might be worth a try, and if nothing else, the descriptions of alcoholism are great info.
