Hello I am new here.
Not quite sure what to do or say , I am here because i have a drink problem, and i want to stop and get my life back again and hope i can get some support here please,
I don,t understand about the steps programe but would like to learn more so i will read more about it all.
I feel very confused at the moment, but the one clear thought i have is that i am going to stop drinking i have not had a drink for a whole day this is going to be a new start for me and it will start here, hope this all makes sense.
