Hi :)
Hi :)
Hey,
I've been posting on this site for about a month now, and I never really looked at this forum until today. I like it It's nice to see there are people with approaches to recovery other than AA. Very refreshing!

There is nothing wrong with discussing secular programs at SR. I have discussed my recovery using SMART in multiple forums here and people have supported me since my first day.

Sweets to the secular section of recovery methods here at SR.
As for my addiction treatment, I use the selection method. I select from the wide array of recovery programs of those concepts that have relevance to my unique recovery needs. And concentrate on that wile spending no effort on the irreverent stuff. I used to sweat the irreverent stuff but no so much today .
I do think Windy's recovery method is the most concise one around tho.
