Thumbs up Hi everyone, checking in..

To let you all know I now have 4 months or 121 days without even the sniff of an alcoholic drink. I am working with alcoholics, addicts and the homeless, and every day think how lucky I am to have been able to do this and somehow ended up surrounded by people like the person I was. If one of them gets clean with my help, I will feel blessed.

Love to you all

cm xx

Congratulations! Sounds like everything is falling into place for you. I would absolutely love to have a job like yours, helping people who I share such a strong connection with. I imagine you have a huge sense of gratitude when seeing where you were then and where you are now.

God Bless,
Judy

That is awesome, it says in the BB that the one thing that will keep an alcoholic sober is intensive work with other alcoholics! I am hoping to get back into school and become an Alcohol/Drug counselor for when I retire.

Way to go Cool. I am glad to hear from you. Keep up the good work in both your own sobriety and what you are doing to help others.
