There has been so much going on in my life I wanted to give anyone who's interested an update.

Until yesterday I have been feeling wonderful, for a few weeks now. I have been mountain biking, having more energy and really enjoying life. Emotionally I have been doing very well also.
I woke up yesterday with a blood red eye, the doctor thinks there is an infection behind that eye in the sinus cavities. But I'm going to kick this infections but and get back out there.
My father in law is home from the hospital and it is a miracle that he did not lose his foot.
My mom is going to the pulmonary specialist today about the respiratory infection she has had for well over a month.
Still not talking to my sister which is sad, but she is still drinking heavily and I can't be around her.
My nephew (sister’s son) has been with my brother for a few months now, but he was hauled back to jail again on Friday by doing anything and everything to violate his probation. My brother tried so hard with him, gave him a life free of violence around him, provided structure and tough love, but it wasn't enough. He is 17 now and God only knows what will happen to him.
He was attending church with us on Sunday and then coming over to hang with the kids, I really thought he was going to turn his life around.

Anyhow, I will stop for now. Ignore any typos; only one of my eyes is at work here.

Remember I would have never been this far along in my recovery without SR. I wish I could thank each of you individually.

Sounds like most things are goin well.
I am glad your gettin out and feeling better.
I am sorry to hear about your nephew. But sometimes things just have to happen and theres nothing anyone can do. You alrready know that. At least everyone tried and thats all we can ever ask for.
Glad you FIL is home and doing better.
Hope evrything is ok with your mom. And hopefully your sister will snap out of it someday.

Thanks for the update. Though you have a lot going on, I'm glad to hear that YOU have been doing better. I hope your eye clears up soon, and your mom is feeling better soon, too. As for your nephew, you all tried your best, but apparently he's not ready to do right.

Great news on your FIL Suzette! That had to be so scary though.

Sorry to hear about your nephew, but glad you are turning that over. Thanks for checking in with us. I hope that eye infection clears up really soon!! Never been mountain biking, but maybe I'll try that one of these days.

The eye is still bothering and last night I had an ovarian cyst burst. Although I'm not feeling that great, I'm still feeling 10 x better than I was feeling for so many months; both mentally and physically. I feel like Suzette again!
