5th day COLD TURKEY off oxy!!!
I can't believe I'm still alive! I have 6 ruptured disks, have had 2 back surgeries, and have been on oxycontin for about 8 years. 6 days ago I was on 40 mgs 3 times a day, and 30 mgs of it 3 times a day in "IR form". (I'm sure you guys know what I mean). I decided I wanted to "evaluate" my pain without the meds. OMG! I didn't have a clue!! Can anybody out there relate?

Didn't know there was a Dr. on site.
So, no I haven't. But I'm on my 7th day, and still here. Luckily, I haven't had any "craving" for it. (Mentally, or psychologically I mean). I still feel REALLY icky in my legs. Exhausted also. I know my body has been working overtime to expunge the drugs, not to mention that I walked 4 days and nights without ANY sleep. Still getting only about 2 hours a night, usually at about daylight. Nights are SO LONG lately, you know? Thanks for the response. I'll check on the Dr.

Sure I have a Dr, he's been making LOADS of money off me for years!
He's the LAST person I want to see right now! I'm on my 6th, or is it 7th, day now, and it's nothing like the first 4 days, but, I'd sure like some sleep!!!! Not to mention getting rid of these creepy crawlers in my legs!!!! Any ideas??
