Her first baby, my third grandson! And the only one close to me, so can dote on him and spoil him rotten... and then hand him back to mom and dad!

I'm so happy that he'll be close by so you can give him lots of love & kisses . . . and then when the diaper's dirty or the tears begin to flow he can go right back to his Mommy! lol

8 lbs 7 oz, just born a while ago.

pk called me and held up the phone so I could hear him screaming. Long toes like mommy and lots of hair like mommy. i'm going up there this evening to visit. am so excited, just wish it wasn't so awkward to type this out!:ghug

Ck got it wrong, he was seven lbs eight oz, not the other way around. I just came from the hospital and he's GORGEOUS, PERFECT, AND CUTE AS HELL. And my daughter is looking radiant. Daddy is looking pretty proud and happy too, and baby looks a lot like him, even at this early age.

I love babies.... especially when they're not my responsibility!
