Things are starting to look up from the last thread I posted and I'm so thankful for that. I'm still taking it day by day and it's not a smooth ride, but life is not like that anyway. I'm finally sleeping through the night for the first time after having trouble sleeping the last 4 weeks. I'm thankful that I get to wake up in the morning to start a new day and not waking up grumpy and tired and being snappy at everyone that talks to me.



Also I wanna thank everyone for their support on this forum, you've been a great help

Congrats on your time sober, yes sticking in the day is most important not just in staying sober I have found, but also in life itself. Things are not smooth, but they seem to get smoother and easier to deal with the longer I have stayed sober.
