I have just got to share this with you all, i feel so blessed i could burst. I like many of us have no contact with my eldest son, he took the brunt of my behavoiur and violence the most as a child and although he has always tried to be there for me, it just got to much for him and we have had know contact for 2 years.
I have been in recovery for 95 days and today, i got an email from him. I am elated. I was told a life beyond your wildest dreams, that will do for me. After years of playing at recovery, I have finally given in, and just look at the results already.
